Calculator inputs

Calculator figures are processed in your browser and are not attached to referral events or partner enquiries. Do not include sensitive information in any message you send us.

Referral links and sponsored placements

Some pages may show a clearly labelled sponsored placement or relevant referral link. When you click one, Calcflow records the partner, placement, calculator page and region code so we can report outbound traffic. The partner’s own website may collect information under its own privacy policy. Calcflow does not receive a partner’s sales or conversion data unless the partner reports it to us.

Callback requests and business enquiries

If you request a callback, Calcflow collects the contact details you enter and the partner you selected. Your details are stored in Calcflow’s private admin system. We share them with that named partner only after you actively submit the form and agree to the sharing statement shown beside it. A partner then handles the information under its own privacy policy. Business partnership enquiries are sent to Calcflow for follow-up and are not public.

Calcflow uses these details to review, respond to and track the request. You can ask us to correct or delete a request by contacting Calcflow. Please do not submit information you do not want shared with the selected partner.

Site operations

Hosting logs may include the page requested, time, browser type and approximate region. Calcflow also stores basic referral impression and click events for reporting. We do not currently describe or promise any third-party advertising network or analytics cookie integration here; this policy must be updated if one is added.

Contact

For privacy requests, use the Calcflow contact page. We will need enough information to locate the relevant message or referral request.

Children

Calcflow is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
